Men’s Retreats

One of our goals for The Inner Victory is to curate spaces for men to come together to fellowship and heal. Our retreat experiences feature meditations, somatic movement, energy healing sessions, ceremonies and connection with nature. We limit each retreat to a small group (usually 6-10 men) in order to create a personalized and intimate experience. The Inner Victory will host its next men’s healing retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico, from May 1 to 4, 2025. This 3-night experience will feature:

The theme for this year’s retreat is “Reclaim Your Warrior”. We chose this theme because the warrior archetype is all about rising to overcome challenges. The men that I’ve worked with have all expressed similar challenges of having to overcome challenges such as raising small children, finding meaning in their careers, dealing with aging parents, and navigating changing relationship dynamics. Add to that the changing geopolitical landscape, and many men feel overwhelmed with it all. Taking a pause and tapping into the warrior archetype provides the fuel needed to navigate this phase of the your life’s journey.
